Bad Habits
Requirements: Pen, paper, fireproof dish, a lighter.
Time: Waning Moon.
Instructions: With the pen and paper write down the name of the habit you would like to break. You can also draw a picture that resembles the habit, or do both.
Hold the paper in your hands. Focus on the habit you would like to break and send that energy down, through your arms, into your hands and into the paper. Tear the paper into small pieces and place the pieces in the fireproof dish. With the lighter, light the corner of one of the pieces of paper and let all the pieces burn to ashes while focusing on your goal of ridding yourself of the habit. Imagine the habit as the smoke billowing up back into the universe.
